And of course, much is being criticised in the Muslim media about British Government indecent move.To many fair, liberal and neutral mindid muslims, the question about the justification of this title given to Rushidie whose malice about Islam need no introduction,seems to be a matter of pivotal concern because after this tribute to Rushdie, many muslims are bound to think that this award is perhaps rewarded to Rushdie against his prejudicail thinking of Islam that has a recipe for Islamophbia in the west. Muslim thinkers are expediently bound to think that this move of the United Kingdom has multiple political implications results of which may not be fruitful so far as the question of interfaith dailogue is concerned.Therefore, there seems to be an exigency that the British government ought to review about this decision of awarding Mr Rushdie the title of knighthood.
